Warranty and Returns
To ensure smooth cooperation, we apply clear rules for product returns and warranty service. Please familiarize yourself with them before placing an order.
1. Return and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your order after paying the full amount or a deposit, the money will not be refunded, and the ordered product will be delivered to the address you provided.

Product Malfunction: If the bicycle (or its parts) breaks down or is damaged, the money for the product will not be refunded – in such a case, warranty service conditions apply (parts are replaced with new ones).

Lost Shipment: A refund is only possible if logistics partners officially confirm that the parcel was lost during transit.
2. Warranty Conditions and Terms
We provide a warranty for individual parts of all electric bicycles we sell:

Battery – 6-month warranty: The warranty applies if the battery is completely faulty or its capacity has dropped and it does not hold even 20% of its initial charge level.

Electronics – 8 to 12-month warranty: Applies to main electronic components (depending on the model).

Frame parts – 1 to 2-year warranty: Applies to manufacturing defects of the frame.
3. What to do if something breaks?
If any part of your bicycle breaks or malfunctions while in use, please follow these steps:

We will take care of the problem: We will contact the manufacturer directly and order new factory parts.

Delivery: New parts will be shipped and delivered directly to your home.

Important to know: Since parts are ordered directly from the manufacturer, their delivery may take up to 30 days.
