π Orders and Prices
1. Why are your prices lower than other sellers in Lithuania?
We operate as official intermediaries between you and major European e-bike suppliers. We don't have physical stores or expensive warehouses in Lithuania, which allows us to avoid huge markups. We only receive a small commission (10β20 β¬) for our services, and you purchase the product at the best factory price.
2. Will I need to pay additional customs duties or VAT?
No, definitely not. All import, export, and VAT taxes are already included in the final price of the item. There will be no unexpected additional costs.
3. Is it safe to buy from you? How can I trust you?
We fully understand your caution, which is why we are completely transparent. Before buying, you can always call us or send an email β we will be happy to answer all your questions. Additionally, if you choose pick-up in Vilnius, you only pay a 10% deposit when ordering, and you pay the remaining amount only after seeing and collecting the bike in person.

4. What delivery methods do you offer?
We offer two convenient methods:

Courier delivery directly to your home (full payment, courier contacts you before delivery).

Free collection in Vilnius (RieΕ‘Δ area) (10% deposit paid, remaining amount upon collection).
5. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery of goods takes 5β10 business days.
6. How will I know the exact collection address in Vilnius?
We will send you the exact address in the RieΕ‘Δ area via email, SMS, or arrange it by phone immediately after you place your order and pay the 10% advance.
7. How can I track my shipment if I chose home delivery?
Within 5β48 hours after full payment, we will contact you (by email, SMS, or phone) and provide all necessary information: the shipment tracking code and a link where you can monitor your bike's journey.
π οΈ Warranty and Returns
8. Do the bikes you sell come with a warranty?
Yes, we provide warranty service for all main bike parts:

Battery: 6-month warranty (if it breaks or capacity drops below 20% of the initial level).

Electronics: 8 to 12-month warranty.

Frame parts: 1 to 2-year warranty.
9. What if the bike or a part of it breaks?
Immediately write to us at kineticashop@gmail.com or call us. We will contact the factory, order new original parts, and they will be delivered directly to your home.
10. How long does the delivery of warranty parts take?
Since parts are ordered directly from official manufacturers abroad, their delivery can take up to 30 days.
11. Can I get a refund if I change my mind or the bike breaks?
If the full amount or deposit has been paid and you decide to cancel the order, the money will not be refunded, and the item will be delivered to you. Also, money is not refunded if the bike breaks β in this case, we will send new parts for repair free of charge. A refund is possible only in one case β if the courier service officially confirms that the package was lost in transit.
12. What happens if I don't pick up my ordered bike in Vilnius on time?
The item must be collected within 30 business days from receiving the notification. If you do not arrive or pay the remaining amount within this period, the order will be canceled, and the 10% deposit paid will not be refunded.
