1. Free pickup in Vilnius (Riešė area)

This method is perfect for those who want to pick up the item themselves and save time and money.

• Order confirmation and deposit: By choosing this pickup method, you agree to pay a 10% advance payment (deposit) of the goods' value. The remaining amount is paid upon pickup of the item.

• Address provision: The exact pickup address in the Riešė area will be sent to you immediately after placing the order via email, SMS, or arranged by phone.

• Pickup terms: The item must be picked up and the remaining amount paid within 30 business days from receiving the notification.

• Important condition: If the buyer does not pick up the item within 30 business days or does not pay the remaining amount, the order is canceled, and the 10% deposit paid is non-refundable.

2. Home delivery (by courier)

A convenient delivery method where the order is delivered directly to your specified address.

• Payment: When choosing this method, the full item price is paid at the time of order.

• Information after purchase: Within 5–48 hours after payment, we will contact you via email, SMS, or phone and provide all necessary information: parcel tracking code, a link where you can track the shipment, and information about the logistics partner (who is sending the item).

• Delivery process: Before delivering the shipment, the courier will personally contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

• No additional fees: You do not need to worry about any import or export taxes. All customs duties and VAT are already included in the price – you will not have to pay anything extra.
